Your purchase of any of the products offered on this Site (Products) is subject to these terms and conditions and by placing an order for any Product you agree to be bound by them. You confirm that you are of full age or have received parental permission and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and to subsequently place an order on arriveonearth.com for Products. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by changing them on arriveonearth.com, although no such change will affect any order you have already placed with us. These terms and conditions were last updated on 1st May 2020.
Ordering and Availability

If an item ordered is not available, we reserve the right to cancel the order, in which case you will be notified accordingly. If you place an order for several products one of which is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as we can. The rest of the order will be processed and dispatched to you within the time limit indicated on arriveonearth.com.
Returns Policy
We accept returns up to 7 days after the date of delivery. Unfortunately we don’t operate an exchange service, but as long as the product has not been used or modified in any way, we will process a full refund once the return has been processed. Due to hygiene reasons, we regrettably will not be able to process the return of a product which has been fully opened or used.

Please note that it can take up to 14 working days for returns to be processed from the date we receive them. The cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns.
If your ARRIVE ON EARTH® product is faulty or arrives damaged, we require you to contact us as soon as you can. (No later than 3 days from delivery). ARRIVE ON EARTH® cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post, and we strongly recommend using a signed for service when posting returns to us.
Please ensure that all returns reach us in a saleable condition. For example, please do not attach any stickers to the packaging and ensure that all labels and packaging are present and intact. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if we deem that the item being returned is not in an unopened, saleable condition.

We believe in protecting your personal data and we confirm that we shall always process your personal data according to the applicable data protection regulations and other legal provisions.
